Hardwood

We source from all over the globe, but particularly specialise in machining our hardwoods. We stock American White Oak, Utile (West African Mahogany), Siberian Larch, Tulip, American Black Walnut and Meranti.

The majority of our hardwood is stored in its sawn state but the Meranti we keep in planed sections:

  • 9×47
  • 20×45
  • 20×145
  • 26×140
  • 45×95
  • 45×145
  • 70×95

We find the majority of our hardwoods are used by our customers for joinery purposes. However, hardwood is also used structurally, where longer lengths, increased spans, greater durability and/or its decorative value is required.

For that unique requirement we also have the facilities to machine any of our hardwood timber to your exact specifications as a bespoke and cost-effective service. Contact us for more information and see our Milling Service.
